About the PDF Form Filler

PDF Form Filler detects interactive AcroForm controls and exposes their current values in a browser form. Supported controls are updated through their PDF field APIs rather than by drawing text over a flat page.

The output can remain editable or be flattened so completed field appearances become permanent. Flattening targets the form controls; it is different from rasterizing every page.
