About the Purchase Order Planner

Purchase Order Planner converts the demand plan you enter into a daily rate and target stock across supplier lead time, review cover and safety days.

It subtracts inventory position, applies minimum order quantity only when replenishment is needed, rounds upward to full case packs and estimates product purchase cost.

The tool does not create a demand forecast or account for supplier capacity, payment terms, freight, duty and cash constraints unless represented in the inputs.
