Progress toward YPP

Meeting a displayed threshold does not guarantee acceptance. YouTube also applies availability, account-security, active-strike and monetization-policy requirements, and thresholds can change.

About the YouTube Monetization Eligibility Tracker

YouTube Monetization Eligibility Tracker is a manual planning worksheet for the two commonly published YouTube Partner Program progress levels: expanded access to fan-funding features and the higher threshold for ad revenue sharing.

Enter the figures reported in your own YouTube Studio. The tool compares subscribers, recent public uploads, public watch hours and valid public Shorts views with both the long-form and Shorts paths, then shows the remaining percentage for each threshold.

The result is not an eligibility decision. YouTube also checks whether the program is available in the channel's country, account security, active Community Guidelines strikes, monetization policies and the validity of individual metrics. YouTube Studio remains the source of truth.

Frequently asked questions

Does reaching the displayed numbers guarantee monetization?
No. Thresholds are only part of YouTube's review. Country availability, account security, policy compliance, active strikes and metric validity also matter.
Does the tracker connect to my YouTube channel?
No. You enter the figures manually, and all calculations stay in your browser.
Why are there two progress levels?
YouTube publishes an expanded YPP path for certain fan-funding features and a higher subscriber/watch threshold for ad revenue sharing. Availability can differ by country.
Can YouTube change these requirements?
Yes. Platform requirements and eligible regions can change. Confirm the current figures shown in your own YouTube Studio before making a plan.
