About the Add Page Numbers to PDF

Add Page Numbers stamps every page with a configurable label. The format can combine the current number and final number through {n} and {total} tokens, with a chosen starting value and font size.

Six positions cover left, centre, and right at the top or bottom of the page. A first-page preview reflects the label, position, and scale before the PDF is created.

Numbers are added as PDF text without rasterizing source pages. They use a standard Helvetica font and fixed grey colour, and existing page labels or printed numbering are not removed.
