About the Alternate & Mix PDF Pages

Alternate & Mix PDF Pages interleaves pages from two documents into a planned sequence such as A1, B1, A2, B2. Choose which PDF starts and independently reverse either source.

When page counts differ, append remaining pages from the longer PDF or stop at complete pairs. The full source/page sequence is visible before processing.

Pages are copied as PDF pages rather than screenshots, preserving visible vectors, text and original dimensions. Document-level bookmarks, attachments, forms and digital signatures are not merged.

It is ideal for combining separately scanned odd/even sides, front/back batches or two synchronized document streams.
What happens when page counts differ?
Choose to append pages remaining in the longer source or stop after all complete pairs.
Are pages rasterized?
No. Original PDF pages are copied with their dimensions and visible vector content.
