About the Organize PDF

Organize PDF provides one visual storyboard for pages from one or more PDFs. Drag cards on desktop or use accessible move controls on touch devices, then rotate, duplicate, or remove individual pages.

Password-protected PDFs enter a separate unlock queue instead of being rejected. After you enter the known password and confirm permission, QPDF removes encryption locally and adds every readable page to the same storyboard without uploading the file or password.

Creating the result rebuilds a new vector PDF from the chosen source pages in storyboard order. Mixed-source pages, duplicates, original page dimensions, and accumulated rotations are preserved; the source documents remain unchanged.

For performance, the workspace accepts up to 60 total pages across all source PDFs. The result is prepared first, followed by a summary and explicit Download PDF action with a custom filename.

How to use

3Drag page cards into the required reading order or use their move controls on a phone or keyboard workflow.
4Rotate sideways pages individually.
5Duplicate reusable pages or remove unwanted pages.
6Review source labels, final page count, and sequence; use Reset pages if you need the imported order again.
7Select Create organized PDF and wait for local processing.
8Review the result, choose a filename, and select Download PDF.
