About the Attendance Register

Attendance Register combines quick daily marking with a complete monthly class grid. Add a class list once, choose the working week and record Present, Absent or Leave for each student.

Monthly totals and attendance percentages update automatically. The register stays in this browser and can be exported as CSV, backed up as JSON or printed to PDF.

How to use

  1. 1Set the month, working week and optional school or class details.

Unmarked dates do not reduce a student's percentage.

Where is student data stored?
It is stored in local storage in this browser and is not uploaded to ToolsOnDuty.
How is attendance percentage calculated?
Present days are divided by all marked Present, Absent and Leave days. Unmarked days are excluded.
Can I exclude weekends?
Yes. Choose a Monday-Friday or Monday-Saturday working week.
Can I save the register as PDF?
Yes. Download PDF creates a formatted monthly register directly in your browser.
