About the Excel to PDF
Excel to PDF reads XLSX workbooks locally and renders visible worksheet cells into a shareable PDF. Export the worksheet you are viewing or every non-empty sheet in workbook order.
The converter carries over formatted cell text, column widths, row heights, fills, font emphasis, colors and alignment. It is intended for cell-based reports rather than charts, macros or pixel-perfect Excel print layouts.

Frequently asked questions
- Is my workbook uploaded?
- No. Excel parsing, worksheet rendering and PDF creation all run in your browser.
- Are formulas recalculated?
- No. The converter displays the formula result cached in the XLSX file. Open and save the workbook in Excel first if results are stale.
- What Excel features are not supported?
- Charts, embedded images, macros, print areas and advanced conditional formatting are not rendered. Legacy XLS files must first be saved as XLSX.
