About the Images to PDF
Images to PDF turns an ordered set of browser-supported images into one PDF with one image per page. Files can be added in batches, reviewed as thumbnails, moved earlier or later, removed, or cleared before generation.
Original image size creates pages that match each image's pixel dimensions. Consistent A4 mode scales each image proportionally onto a portrait A4 page with a small white margin, without stretching its aspect ratio.
JPEG and PNG files are embedded directly; other browser-readable formats are drawn to a canvas and encoded as PNG first. This conversion can change encoding and increase memory use, especially with very large photos.

Frequently asked questions
- Does each image become a page?
- Yes. Every accepted image is placed on its own PDF page in the displayed order.
- Will A4 mode crop an image?
- No. It scales the image proportionally to fit within the page and leaves a small white margin.
- Are animated images preserved?
- No. A browser-rendered still frame is used when an animated format is converted.
- Why can high-resolution photos be slow?
- Image decoding, canvas conversion, embedding, and PDF creation use the device's memory and graphics resources.
- Are the images uploaded?
- No. Reading and PDF creation occur in the browser.
