Output and printing notes
- • PNG keeps text and decorations crisp; JPG is usually smaller for photographic strips.
- • Double-strip mode places two identical copies on one white sheet with a dashed cut guide.
- • Browser exports contain exact pixels but do not claim printer-calibrated DPI or colour management.
- • The cyan selection outline and editor background never appear in downloads.
About the Photo Booth Strip Maker
Photo Booth Strip Maker is a private browser studio for turning two, three or four photos into a classic vertical keepsake. Upload existing PNG, JPG or WebP images, or explicitly start the optional front-facing camera and capture directly into the selected frame after a visible three-second countdown.
Every frame remains independently editable. Select a frame, drag its image on the live strip, then adjust zoom, horizontal and vertical position, rotation and one of seven photographic treatments. Reorder, duplicate, remove or reset individual photos without rebuilding the complete sequence.
Choose a classic four-frame strip, roomy trio, two-photo layout or wider three-frame format. Eight original visual styles cover traditional booth, clean, retro, blush, disco, monochrome, wedding and celebration treatments, while frame width, gap, corner radius, shadow and all major colours remain editable.
Optional captions, date or occasion text, hearts, stars and confetti turn the sequence into a personal keepsake. The single-strip export preserves the selected layout dimensions; double-strip mode places two identical copies on a white sheet with a dashed cut guide for practical home or shop printing.
All composition and export work runs locally with no ToolsOnDuty watermark. Camera access begins only after a button press, captures are not transmitted, and tracks stop when requested or when the component closes. Exact pixel dimensions are reported honestly, but browser output does not claim calibrated printer DPI, physical-size accuracy or professional colour management.

Frequently asked questions
- Are my photo booth images uploaded?
- No. Uploaded images, optional camera captures, editing, project handling and exports stay in your browser.
- Does the camera start automatically?
- No. Camera access is requested only when you press Start Camera. You can stop the active camera tracks at any time, and they are also stopped when the editor component closes.
- Can I use photos without allowing camera permission?
- Yes. Webcam capture is optional. You can complete every layout using uploaded PNG, JPG or WebP images.
- Can each frame use a different crop and filter?
- Yes. Position, zoom, rotation and filter are stored independently for every photo frame.
- What strip dimensions are available?
- The layouts export at 600 × 1800, 600 × 1500, 600 × 1200 or 900 × 1800 pixels. Double-strip mode creates a larger white sheet around two copies.
- Is the double strip ready to print at an exact physical size?
- It provides exact pixels and a cut guide, but does not claim embedded calibrated DPI or a guaranteed physical size. Set paper size, margins and scaling in your printer dialog and make a test print when dimensions matter.
- Will the cyan selected-frame outline be exported?
- No. It only identifies the active frame inside the editor and is excluded from all downloaded images.
- Can I undo changes?
- Yes. The current session retains up to 40 recent changes to frame edits, layout styling, text and photo arrangement.
- Which export format is best?
- PNG keeps text and decorations crisp, JPG is often efficient for photographic strips, and WebP can provide a smaller modern file where supported.
- Can I use guest or event photos legally?
- Use photos with appropriate permission, especially for public sharing or commercial event materials. The editor does not grant privacy, publicity or copyright rights to selected images.
