About the Question Paper Studio

Question Paper Studio gives teachers a structured editor for class tests, term examinations and practice papers. Set the school header, build sections and mix short answer, long answer, multiple-choice and true-or-false questions.

Internal OR alternatives are counted once, and the paper checker compares effective question marks with the declared maximum. Switch between student and teacher copies, then download a clean PDF without payments, watermarks or uploading school content.

How to use

  1. 1Enter the school, examination, class, subject, duration and maximum marks.
  2. 2Choose Classic Academic, Modern Blue, Compact Exam or Formal Board design.
  3. 3Use the rich toolbar to format instructions, questions, options, answers and marking schemes; select sigma to insert a LaTeX formula.
  4. 4Add sections and choose a type and marks value for each question.
  5. 5Use OR with previous for equal-mark internal choices, and add answers for the teacher copy.

Frequently asked questions

Can I write mathematical formulas?
Yes. Select the sigma button in any rich text box, enter LaTeX such as x^2 or \frac{a}{b}, and insert a print-ready equation.
What rich formatting is available?
Questions, options, instructions and teacher answers support bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, superscript, subscript, alignment, lists, links, code blocks and common academic symbols.
Can I choose a different question paper format?
Yes. Choose from Classic Academic, Modern Blue, Compact Exam and Formal Board. The selected design is used for preview, print and PDF.
How are OR questions counted?
An alternative marked OR with previous does not add to effective paper marks. Both alternatives should carry the same marks.
Can I create an answer key?
Yes. Select Teacher copy to include MCQ answers, formatted model answers, marking schemes, chapter tags and difficulty levels.
Can questions include images?
Yes. Add a JPG, PNG, WebP or other browser-supported image up to 5 MB to an individual question.
Is my question paper uploaded?
No. Draft saving, image handling, formula rendering, PDF creation and backup restore run locally in your browser.
Does the PDF have a watermark?
No. PDF and browser printing are free and do not add a ToolsOnDuty or TeachersBundle watermark.
