About the YouTube Comment Reply Workspace

YouTube Comment Reply Workspace creates a local response queue from comments you select manually. Each row stores a short comment note, a manually selected intent, a draft response and a needs-reply, drafted or reviewed status.

The dashboard reports total rows, reviewed responses and empty drafts. Its CSV export neutralizes leading spreadsheet formula characters before encoding the data.

The workspace does not read live comments, identify sentiment, detect abuse, moderate content or post replies. Avoid unnecessary personal information and use platform reporting or professional support for safety concerns.

Key features

  • Editable comment-note rows
  • Manual question, appreciation, feedback, correction and sensitive labels
  • Needs-reply, drafted and reviewed states
  • Contextual response field
  • Add and delete controls
  • Reviewed and empty-draft metrics
  • Spreadsheet-safe CSV export
  • No channel login or auto reply

How to use

  1. 1Copy only the minimum comment context needed for a useful response.
  2. 2Select the intent yourself and draft a specific reply.
  3. 3Mark the row reviewed after checking tone, facts, links and safety considerations.
  4. 4Export the CSV if you need an offline response queue, then post replies manually.
