A note can match more than one theme. Inspect the underlying matches before treating counts as product or content priorities.

Theme frequency shows what matched your rules, not how representative or important the feedback is. Consider recency, viewer context and evidence from actual channel analytics separately.

About the YouTube Viewer Feedback Theme Organizer

YouTube Viewer Feedback Theme Organizer applies transparent keyword rules to anonymized notes. Each rule uses a Theme | keyword, keyword format, and one note can match several themes.

The dashboard counts notes per theme, shows the matched labels under every note and reports unmatched feedback. Copy the theme summary or download the underlying note-to-theme matches as a spreadsheet-safe CSV.

Matching is literal text logic, not AI, sentiment analysis or representative audience research. Remove usernames and personal information, inspect every match and consider real channel analytics separately.

Key features

  • One anonymized feedback note per line
  • User-defined theme and keyword rules
  • Case-insensitive literal matching
  • Multiple themes per note

  • Unmatched-note count

Yes. Every rule containing a matching keyword is attached to the note.
Do higher counts prove a topic is important?
