About the Word to PDF

Word to PDF opens a modern .docx file, converts its document structure to sanitized HTML, and presents a browser-rendered preview before creating a portrait A4 PDF. Older binary .doc files are not supported.

Headings, paragraphs, lists, and many simple tables can transfer well. Word-specific pagination, floating objects, custom fonts, headers, footers, tracked changes, and advanced layout effects may differ from Microsoft Word.

The preview is captured to an image and split across PDF pages. Output text is therefore rasterized rather than selectable, and browser canvas size and device memory constrain very long documents.
