About the Meeting Planner

The Meeting Planner walks you through creating a calendar invite in three steps: choose when the meeting is, add the details, then review and download a ready-to-send event.ics file.

The invite carries everything an attendee needs: title, date and time, duration, location, a join link for Teams, Google Meet, Zoom or any other service, a custom message or agenda, and optional attendee email addresses.

The event.ics file follows the iCalendar standard, so it opens in Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar and most other apps. The meeting time is stored in UTC, so every attendee sees it correctly in their own zone. Everything is generated in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

What is an .ics file?
An .ics file is a standard iCalendar invite. Opening it adds the meeting to Google Calendar, Outlook, Apple Calendar or any compatible app.
Can I add a Teams or Google Meet link?
Yes. Paste any join link in the meeting link field. It is saved in the invite and shown in the description so attendees can click to join.
Will attendees get the right time in their zone?
Yes. The start time is stored in UTC inside the file, so each attendee's calendar shows it converted to their own local time.
Does it send the invite for me?
No. The tool creates the event.ics file for you to download and share by email or chat. Nothing is sent or uploaded from your browser.
