About the Meeting Time Finder
The Meeting Time Finder lines up a full day across several time zones so you can spot the hours that work for everyone. Each row is a zone and each column is the same moment in time.
Working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 are shaded green in every zone, so an overlap where several rows are green at once is a good candidate for a call.
Choose your own zone as the reference, add the zones of the people you want to meet, and pick a date. The grid updates instantly and accounts for daylight saving time. Once you find a slot, use the Meeting Planner to turn it into a calendar invite.

Frequently asked questions
- What do the green cells mean?
- Green cells are standard working hours, from 9:00 to 18:00 local time in that zone. A column that is green in every row suits everyone.
- Are the columns the same moment everywhere?
- Yes. Each column is one instant in time, shown as the local hour in each zone, so you can read across a column to compare.
- Does it account for daylight saving time?
- Yes. The grid uses live time-zone data for the chosen date, so daylight saving offsets are applied correctly.
